The reason is simple: their holderings are almost the same, just search "spy holdings" and "voo holdings". They are the same thing, yet the management fee of SPY is 0.09% and that of VOO is 0.03%. Let's say if you invest 200k USD, the fee difference for 10 years will be 1200 USD.
As for the comparison of QQQ and QQQM, that difference would be 1000 USD.
